All prices are starting prices for parts and labour. Your exact price depends on your model and the fault, and we always confirm it before any work starts. Premium means models like Dell XPS, HP Spectre, ThinkPad X1, Zenbook, Surface and Galaxy Book Pro. MacBook prices are for Retina and Apple silicon models. For older MacBooks, see Mac repair prices.

Not sure which repair your laptop needs?
We diagnose the fault before we quote, but as a rough guide:
- Screen or graphics? Cracks, or lines and patches that stay in one place, usually mean a new screen. If an external monitor shows the same fault, suspect the graphics chip.
- Swollen battery. A battery that has swollen can lift the trackpad or split the case. Stop charging it and bring it in.
- Motherboard. No power, sudden shutdowns and dead ports often come down to one failed component, not the whole board.
- Failing drive. Clicking, freezing and very slow file access are warning signs. If the files matter, stop using the laptop and ask about data recovery.
- Spills. Switch the laptop off, unplug it and leave it off. Powering it up again can cause more damage.

Why do premium, gaming and MacBook repairs cost more?
Mostly because the parts cost more. These laptops tend to have higher-resolution or faster screens, and thin designs often build parts such as the keyboard into the casing, which makes the repair longer.
