Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, carry out and manage your repair, contact you when it's ready, and keep records we're legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing our contract with you, and complying with legal obligations.
Your files and devices
We only access files on your device when a repair requires it, such as data recovery or testing, and only with your permission. We don't copy or keep your files unless you ask us to, for example as part of a backup or data transfer.
Who we share it with
