Common problems
- Card or stick not recognised, or asks to be formatted

What to do now
Stop using the card or stick straight away. Don't take more photos on it, don't format it, and don't run repair tools that write to it. If the connector is broken, don't try to glue or solder it yourself.
How we recover it
For deleted files and formatting, we recover the data without changing anything on the device. For physical damage, such as a broken connector or failed controller, we repair the device or read the memory directly, then recover your files to a new drive.
