What affects the price?
The cost depends on what has gone wrong with the drive, not on how much data is on it. A deleted-files recovery on a working drive costs far less than a drive with failed heads that needs clean room work and a donor drive.
Is VAT included?
No. Data recovery prices are shown before VAT, which is added to your invoice.
