Video
MP4, MOV, AVI and camera video files from phones, drones, action cameras and professional cameras. Video files are large and spread across a drive, so they are especially sensitive to further use of the drive after a loss.
Outlook data files (PST and OST), Apple Mail and Thunderbird mailboxes, including contacts and calendars stored with them.
Documents and business files
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files, accounting and database files, and design and CAD files. If a recovered file turns out to be damaged, we tell you and explain the options.
