How we fix it
We test your charger and cable first. A faulty charger is common and much cheaper to replace.
If the port is faulty we fit a new one and check the charging chip on the board. Some consoles, like the Switch, often have a failed charging chip as well, which we can replace.
How long it takes
Charging port repairs are usually done within one to two working days.
Good to know: Use the official charger or a good quality one that supports your console. Cheap chargers are a common cause of charging chip failures.
